New Albums....

Some hot new albums, with one old one, Erick Sermon, Music, a classic album. Peace....

-G

Shop Boyz- Rockstar Mentality (A different sounding album. These use infuse rock and rap with some dirty south flavor to create a unique but tight sound)

The Team- 4th & Goal Mixtape* (A must. The Bay area is in the house. Has tons of sick songs that didn't make it to "World Premiere.")

Meech Cannon- Hyprhythmic* (Really really different kind of music. R & B, Rap, Soul, Jazz, and Hip Hop. I like this guy, you might too)

Fabolous and Young Jeezy- When North & South Collide* (Such a sick mashup album. These two offset each other perfectly)

Petey Pablo- Same Eyez On Me* (Ever wondered where he went? Well, hes signed to Death Row, and hes ready to come back. There a few banging tracks on here, especially the one produced by Timbaland, "What'Cha Gonna Do?")

Pitbull- Chapter 1 (The prelude to his new album. Has "Sticky Icky," & "Patron in My Cup.")

Rasheeda- Dat Type of Gurl* (For a female rapper, she is pretty cute. This is some serious fire.)

40 Glocc- That New Nigga* (Bringing the westcoast back, one mixtape at a time)

Cali Connected Volume 8* (Tons of exclusive tracks on this one. Download it for sure)

Erick Sermon- Music* (A Classic album. Love this guy. One of the original members of EPMD, from the 80's. Check it)

Huey- Notebook Paper (This 17 year old rapper from St. Louis is all over. But he blows)

Kia Shine- Due Season* (This man is krispy and so is his album)

Video of The Week- Sean Price 'BCC Cribz' (This guy isn't even really signed to a record deal, yet he is chillin at this second home up in Utah. Myspace has finally paid off somehow!)

Bangin Tracks

Here are some hot new tracks, as well as, the brand new, not released yet, T.I. album. Check it out. Grammy or not? Peace...

-G

  • 50 Cent- Curtis (Snippet) (A bunch of small snippets from three songs from his upcoming album "Curtis" due in late September)

  • Flo-Rida Featuring T-Pain- Low*** (Flo-Rida is from Miami, Pain is from Tallahassee. These two connect somewhere in between, and the chemistry is amazing. If you liked "Pop Lock, & Drop It" & "2 Step (Remix)," you will love this song. Seriously this a must must)

  • Lil' Eazy- Boyz N Tha Hood* (Eazy E's song follows in his father's footsteps and does a song about the hood. Westcoast is creepin back into the rap scene, and this man is helping out)

  • Rasheeda- U Can Get It* (Produced by Nitti, who did "Its Goin Down," by Yung Joc. Such a southern heater. Get this)

  • Bonus- T.I.- T.I. Vs T.I.P.****** (The entire album. I got it. This a classic. Remember where you got it first. Not even a question whether or not you should download it)

Video of The Week- Lil Wayne On Whats Up (Talks about Currency's new album, his new album, and how hes single)

Also, got the hottest rapper out right now, Belly, his CD, The Revolution, and DJ Khaled's CD, We The West, which features, "We Takin Over," "I'm So Hood," and "New York (Part 2)." Enjoy, and Peace....

DJ Khaled- We The Best (So many artists on this CD. A must)

Videos of The Week

R. Kelly Featuring Usher- Same Girl (They thought the same girl was playing them, but in fact the girl had a twin sister that each guy was seeing. Kels always does such a good job with videos, and this story through music is such a good example. Check it out)

Bone Crusher - Round (Feat. Sean Faylon & Colt Ford (Valley High)) (This is sad that someone who had some talent, Bone Crusher, is doing some crappy metal, pop, funk, rap, hip hop,R & B fusion now. Really sad. I think this man needs a hug)

  • Lil' Rob- Do It* (The Sacramento Latino rapper puts it down on this one. He uses an old techno hook to help him out with the chorus)

  • Fabolous- Paperman* (A song that didn't make it to "From Nothin' To Somethin." A seriously good song. Used part of Styles P's "I Get High" in the chorus)

  • The Pack- Shake* (A small snippet of their new song off the "SS Mixtape." Once that LP comes out, I'll make sure to put it up. The boys from Berkeley high keep doin their thing)

  • Swizz Beatz- Top Down* (He finally does a song completely on his own, and the beat actually sounds different from all of the other ones hes ever produced. A hot song)

  • Ilya- Way To Sexy Girl (Song about a guy trying to get that girl thats way out of his league. Happened to you before?)

Bonus- Belly (Hottest rapper out. So necessary to download these tracks)

Belly is a boss. Who the fuck stands next to a tiger? I'll tell you who, Belly. Who the fuck holds up nearly an ounce of weed with no regard for getting in trouble? Belly. Belly=Boss

Belly Featuring Ginuwine- Pressure (Hot video. Check it out)

  • Belly- People Change* (Song about those people in your life that stab you in the back, cross the line, and go back on their word. Such an emotional song)

  • Belly- Stomp On Em* (Song about how much of a boss he is. Talks about how when he comes to the U.S. how much love he gets, then goes back to Ottawa, his hometown. Such a hard beat)

  • Belly- How You (A feel good song about talking to that girl that you have been feeling. Belly has a soft side too)

  • Belly- Leave Me Alone*** (The hottest song I have heard in 2007. Seriously, just listen to it. Sounds like a Team beat, and his flow is amazing. Check this out)

  • Belly- On The Low* (The final track of the second CD. Such a good song. About that relationship with that girl that has so much passion, lust, sex, and a whole lot more. Sick)

Picture of The Week- Saigon finally gets a record deal with Violator. (I guess all those cameos on "Entourage" paid off. Way to go Turtle. Ya boy made it)

Brand new post

From now on, with the request of some people, I am going to drastically limit the amount of songs posted on each song post. I am doing this in order to get better music, that I have sifted through more thoroughly. Expect between 12-18 tracks per week. Hope you guys enjoy this new approach. Peace...
-G

  • U.S.D.A.- White Girl* (Jeezy's click, U.S.D.A. releases a song that isn't about white girls or anything to do with women. Tight song)

  • Fabolous Featuring Akon- Change Up* ("If I'm your man and you're my man." Man love anybody? Seriously, this is a sick song, but Akon and Fab might be having a secret love affair. Listen to it. "Things ain't the same, and I know I ain't change.")
